Over the years, we have developed sector specific solutions for clients operating in the Financial, Pharmaceutical, Retail and the Automotive sectors. In particular the Automotive sector has historically been beset with challenging aspects in it’s lack of ability to delivery superior customer service.
Indeed this sector has been and continues to be under threat of a Supercomplaint about it’s poor working practices and level of complaints received from customers of garages.
To this end Success Factor developed a whole working method of operating a garage which we are proud to say was taken up by the British Standards Institute to form BSI PAS 80.
Additionally we were instrumental in developing the Service Advisor ATA model which is now a sector standard.
Success Factor runs the entire “C Service” (Service Advisor Training Programme) for Mercedes-Benz UK.
Over the years we have developed practical paper based stationery for garages including workshop loading diaries and booking forms etc. all geared to support PAS 80.
