We use outdoor learning situations which usually take place at our own outdoor development centre in the Staffordshire Moorlands, although we can run programmes in a variety of environments.

We also offer leadership mentoring service as part of our introduction to leadership programme-which enables the organisation to be confident that their trainees are applying the learned principles. We also use our proprietary software ‘Performance Driven’ which enables the organisation to manage an individual’s performance and to set targets and goals.
